Reflection

I had some issues with using the black backdrop because both Eve and Lydia have very dark hair and so it merged in with the background. I tried to rectify this by increasing the exposure, so that the hair appears lighter than the backdrop. This worked to an extent but sometimes meant the photo became over exposed. I think my shoots would be more successful if there was more consistency in the way I'm asking my subjects to pose. I think sometimes, especially when photographing people together, I can get carried away with capturing their interactions and playfulness (which can be endearing but is not my intention behind the shoot).
